If you can’t eat it right away, smear some salt on the cut surface after buying the bamboo shoots, and then store them in the refrigerator. 1. Sealing method

2. Brine soaking method

3. Sand Tibetan method

4. Steaming method

5. Stove cooking storage method
Put the dug back winter bamboo shoots, even the shells, into the fire and simmer until cooked (the bamboo shoots are soft and not hard when you pinch them with your hands). After simmering, take it out, put it in a cool and humid place and arrange it vertically. When eating, remove the shell, cut into thin slices, and rinse with water to remove the bitterness.
