1. Choose good quality cherries
Choose cherries that are ripe, in good condition and without blemishes for freezing. Do not choose cherries that are overripe. To preserve the sweetness of the cherries, it is best to choose dark cherries for freezing.
2. Rinse the cherries
Pour the cherries into the water filter basket, turn on the tap to rinse the cherries, pick out the impurities visible to the naked eye by hand, and only use cold water when rinsing the cherries.
3. Drain the water
Place the cherries on absorbent paper to absorb some of the moisture. Pat the water off the surface of the fruit with a kitchen paper towel.
4. Pack into a suitable container
Store the cherries in a resealable fresh-keeping bag, and drain the air in the fresh-keeping bag. The action should be light, and the cherries should not be squeezed.
5. Put in the refrigerator
Put the cherries in the freezer. The sealed fresh-keeping bag will become larger during the freezing process, and space should be reserved around the fresh-keeping bag.
1. Ready to eat
Take an appropriate amount of cherries, wash and eat the pulp directly, and spit out the core.
2. Make jam
Prepare the right amount of cherries, lemon juice, honey. Clean the cherries, remove the cherry pits, mash the pulp of the cherries, put them into a pot, add some water and lemon juice, stir-fry on low heat to avoid sticking to the pot, add a proper amount of honey after collecting the juice, stir well and let it cool, then put it in a water-free and oil-free glass jar, and it can be eaten with bread.
3. Soaking wine
Prepare the right amount of cherries, white wine, and yellow rock sugar. Clean the cherries, drain the water and put them into a water-free and oil-free glass container, add an appropriate amount of white wine and yellow rock sugar, seal and store in a cool place, and drink it after one month.
